# Steps to Follow:
01 - Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, keeping the leaves intact for presentation.
02 - Carefully cut around the edge of each pineapple half and scoop out the flesh, leaving a 1/2-inch shell to form boats. Dice the removed pineapple, discarding the tough core.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the diced pineapple, mango, watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries.
04 - Whisk lime juice and honey or agave syrup, if using, in a small bowl.
05 - Drizzle dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat evenly.
06 - Spoon the dressed fruit mixture into the pineapple boats.
