# What You'll Need:
→ Dough
01 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
05 - 3/4 cup warm whole milk
06 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
07 - 1 large egg
→ Filling
08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
11 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
→ Glaze
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 to 3 tablespoons whole milk
14 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Combine all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, warm milk, melted butter, and egg in a large mixing bowl. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a rectangle. Evenly spread softened butter over the surface, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture, then scatter diced strawberries over the top. Roll dough tightly from the long edge and slice into 12 equal pieces.
03 - Arrange rolls in a greased baking pan with cut sides up. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
04 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl to make a smooth glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls before serving.
