→ Shrimp Scampi
01 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
06 - Red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 8 ounces linguine, spaghetti, or cooked white rice

09 - 1 baguette or loaf, sliced
10 - Unsalted butter, melted
11 - Garlic, finely minced and mixed with melted butter
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente, or prepare rice as desired. Drain and keep warm.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, until just pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes.
03 - Pour in white wine or chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and sauce slightly reduces. Remove from heat.
04 - Preheat oven or toaster. Spread melted garlic butter evenly over bread slices. Toast or bake at 400°F until golden brown and crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
05 - Serve shrimp and sauce over prepared pasta or rice. Accompany each bowl with warm garlic bread.
