# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • The whole onions become meltingly tender while still holding their shape, creating this perfect textural experience in every spoonful.
  • It transforms humble ingredients into something that feels luxurious and special without much effort at all.
02 -
  • Do not rush the initial onion coating step, because that brief butter sauté creates layers of flavor you cannot achieve by just boiling.
  • Resist the urge to cut the onions, because keeping them whole makes this dish interactive and surprisingly satisfying to eat.
03 -
  • Choose onions that are similar in size so they all finish cooking at the same time.
  • Taste and adjust salt after simmering since the broth will reduce and concentrate flavors.
