01 - 1 large firm strawberry
02 - 1 large kiwi
03 - 1 large mango
04 - 1 slice pineapple, approximately 1/2 inch thick

05 - 1 lemon, for zest (optional)

06 - Edible gold dust or glitter (optional)
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Wash and thoroughly dry all fruits.
02 - Cut the strawberry, kiwi, mango, and pineapple into 1/4-inch thick rounds or slabs.
03 - Using small star and heart-shaped cookie cutters approximately 1 inch in size, press shapes out of the fruit slices.
04 - Lightly brush with lemon zest or sprinkle with edible gold dust for additional sparkle if desired.
05 - Skewer each fruit shape onto cocktail picks or float them delicately on top of drinks.
06 - Serve immediately or store garnishes refrigerated for up to 2 hours before use.
