08 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

10 - 6–8 whole black peppercorns or diced black olives (for eyes and buttons)
11 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (for scarves)
12 - 2–3 pretzel sticks (for arms)

14 - Crackers, pita chips, or sliced vegetables for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Beat softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and blended. Stir in chopped chives.
02 - Spoon the dip onto a large serving plate or shallow bowl. Use a spatula to shape it into an uneven, lumpy melted snow puddle.
03 - Roll a small ball of dip to form the head at one end of the puddle. Insert a baby carrot as the nose. Place peppercorns or olive pieces for eyes and buttons. Wrap a red bell pepper strip around the neck as a scarf. Attach pretzel sticks on each side as arms. Optionally, add parsley or chive stems for accents.
