# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat the oven to 285°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, sea salt, and chili flakes.
03 - Place one nori sheet shiny side down on the parchment and brush lightly with the seasoning mixture.
04 - Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds evenly over the brushed nori sheet.
05 - Repeat layering nori sheets, brushing each with seasoning and sprinkling seeds, finishing with a seasoned top sheet.
06 - Using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, cut the stacked sheets into bite-sized strips or squares.
07 - Spread the cut pieces evenly on the prepared baking tray.
08 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
09 - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely; the pieces will become crisp as they cool.
10 - Optionally garnish with crushed wasabi peas and chopped green onion. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
