# What You'll Need:
→ Cake Base
01 - 250 g all-purpose flour (2 cups)
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 120 g unsalted butter, softened (1/2 cup)
06 - 200 g granulated sugar (1 cup)
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 300 g mashed ripe bananas (approx. 3 large bananas)
09 - 120 ml whole milk (1/2 cup)
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
→ Cinnamon Swirl
11 - 65 g brown sugar, packed (1/3 cup)
12 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
13 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
→ Icing
14 - 120 g powdered sugar (1 cup)
15 - 1–2 tablespoons milk
16 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper for easy removal.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
03 - In a large bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs individually, mixing well after each addition.
04 - Mix in mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract until thoroughly blended.
05 - Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture, taking care not to overmix. Blend until just incorporated.
06 - Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Drizzle cinnamon mixture over batter and swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
07 - Bake for 28–32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean. Rotate pan halfway through baking for even cooking.
08 - Transfer pan to a wire rack. Cool for 30 minutes before icing. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth and pourable.
09 - Drizzle icing over the cooled cake before slicing and serving.
