# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until smooth.
03 - Stir in sweet corn, finely chopped jalapeños, sliced green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until all components are evenly distributed.
04 - Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
05 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot, bubbling, and golden brown on top.
06 - Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
